Free Worldwide Shipping

Sinknest offers free shipping to destinations worldwide. There is no standard shipping fee added to your order by Sinknest.

Our estimated delivery time is 7–10 days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery can be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Confirmation and Dispatch

After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. When your order is dispatched, we will share shipping information and tracking details when tracking is available.

Please check that your name, delivery address, postal code, phone number, and email address are correct before submitting your order. If you notice an error afterward, email support@sinknest.space as soon as possible. We will try to update the details before dispatch, although changes may no longer be possible once a parcel is with the carrier.

International Deliveries

International parcels may be reviewed by customs authorities in the destination country. Customs processing can affect delivery times. Import duties, taxes, or similar charges may apply depending on local rules and are set by the destination country, not by Sinknest. Free shipping refers to the delivery charge we provide; it does not necessarily cover government-imposed import charges.

Delays, Missing Parcels, and Delivery Problems

If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, please check the tracking information first, if provided. You can then contact us at support@sinknest.space with your order number, and we will help investigate.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check the delivery location and ask anyone at the address who may have accepted it. Let us know if it is still missing so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the package and item and contact us. We will help resolve the issue under our Return and Refund Policy and any applicable consumer rights.
